Data & Sync

Where is my data stored? Free users: All data stored locally on your device. Premium users: Data automatically syncs via iCloud (CloudKit) to your private iCloud account across all your devices.

How do I enable iCloud sync? (Premium only) iOS Settings → your name → iCloud → Show All → enable iCloud for FedPet. Open FedPet and ensure sync is turned on in Settings.

Purchases

How do I restore purchases? Open FedPet → Settings → Restore Purchases. Ensure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy Premium.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription? iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → FedPet. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple.

Notifications

I'm not receiving reminders. iOS Settings → Notifications → FedPet → allow alerts. In the app, confirm your schedules are active and not paused. Low Power Mode may delay notifications.

Limits & compatibility

How many pets can I add? Free: 2 pets. Premium: up to 30 pets.

Do I need an account? No. Core features work without an account. Email is only needed for support or when specifically requested.
