Use this page to delete your FedPet account and remove related data. If you didn't create an account, you can still clear app data from your device or iCloud.
Fastest: delete inside the app
Open FedPet on your iPhone.
Go to Settings → Account.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.
This signs you out and schedules your account and associated data for deletion. Purchases are managed by Apple. Manage/cancel subscriptions in Settings → Your name → Subscriptions.
Can't access the app? Request deletion by email
Email fedpet@lukapp.ge from the address used in the app with subject "Delete my FedPet account". We'll verify ownership and process the deletion.
What gets deleted
Account profile (email and identifiers)
Pet profiles, feedings, meds, schedules, notes tied to your account
Notification tokens and optional diagnostics tied to your account
What isn't deleted
On‑device data not tied to an account. Remove the app to delete it from your device.
iCloud data you control if you enabled iCloud for FedPet. See below to remove it.
App Store receipts/purchases kept by Apple for entitlement and billing.
Remove FedPet data from iCloud (optional)
Settings → Your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage.
Select FedPet, delete data or disable iCloud for FedPet.
Timing
In‑app deletion begins immediately; backend deletion typically completes within 30 days.
Email requests follow identity verification, then the same timeline.
